Personal Computer Use Profile

I use my computer for personal and school use. Mainly the internet is were I dwell, I'm not sure about the different kinds of peripherals so I'd rather not answer that right now. I use a wireless network that consist of a modem and a USB broadband card through Comcast wireless service.


I'm having kind of a hard time getting use to using my home system so mobile I really don't need right now only because I'm not sure how to navigate it, but I'm sure I will love it once I learn more about it. I go directly to Myspace, Facebook and Yahoo to check for new messages and from there just try to catch up on my Mathlab and ITlab. I just bought and installed Norton antivirus software. Hopefully after taking this class I will be able to go on the web and different software applications and feel comfortable using them. Yes, as long as I have my Norton antivirus software updated than I think I could. I have little to no experience with hardware and basic knowledge of the software. My mom have a little more knowledge of computer software but they would probably answer the same as myself, don't have too much knowledge of the computer, just the basics.

I purchase a labtop computer for my personal use but I have 3 older brothers and 2 younger brothers that sometime borrow my computer, but only for the basic use such as Myspace, Facebook and surfing the web for deals and bargains.
